| Alcohol Service Team Member |
The alcohol service team member is responsible for overseeing proper alcohol service. This is essentially a security role so related security experience preferably with respect to alcohol service is an asset. |

Bar Department: |
| Bar Porter |
The Bar Porter is responsible for the set up and take down of liquor related equipment, as well as ensuring proper stock of bar stands in the facility. They are also tasked with inventory control, liquor storage and general operations.
Qualifications
• Familiar with sanitation and purchasing procedures
• Over the age of 18
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Experienced with inventory managment, distribution and control |
| Bartender |
The Bartender works in assigned bar, preparing and selling beverages in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Responsible for providing a quality product to patrons in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner. Perform opening and closing and side work duties as instructed.
Asks for identification of all guests appearing 30 years of age or under and serves alcohol responsibly.
Qualifications
• Must have 2 years bartending experience for club bartenders. 6 months experience for portable bars.
• Valid Pro Serve Qualification (can be obtained on short notice).
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (18 yrs or older).
• Must be available evenings after five and weekends.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
• Follows all alcohol policies as directed by management.

Concession Department: |
| Cashier |
The Cashier is responsible for collecting money, making change and serving orders to customers. Because they interact directly with the public, the candidate must be friendly and courteous. Other responsibilities include food preparation, stand setup, cleanup, and the service of alcohol.
Qualifications
● Over the age of 18
● Valid Pro Serve (Can be obtained on short notice)
● 6 months customer service experience

| Food Prep |
The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation and proper food safety and sanitation while handling of concession food items. Because the food prep can interact directly with the public, the candidate must be friendly and courteous. Duties include food preparation, proper storage of pre-prepared items, stand setup, cleanup and serving alcohol.
Qualifications
● Over the age of 18

● 6 months customer service experience |

Team Leaders are responsible for the direct supervision of cashiers and food preps within an individual concession stand. Duties include ensuring accurate cash handling, customer service and inventory control.

Culinary Department: |
| Chef De Partie |
The Chef de Partie (Station Chef) is responsible for assisting the Sous-Chef in the operation of the Suites and Clubs kitchen. Duties include the preparation of menu items, scheduled cleaning tasks and the operation of their section of the kitchen. When needed, the Line Cook will also assist in some management duties such as food ordering and training. This person will report to and work closely with the Sous-Chef in their department.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required
● Working knowledge of daily preparation procedures and requirements
● Ability to read and understand food abbreviations
● Thorough knowledge of sanitation procedures |
| Cooks (1-3) |
The production Cook is responsible for assisting the Sous-Chef in the operation of the Food area in which they work (Suites & Clubs). Responsibilities include the preparation of food items, scheduled cleaning tasks and kitchen operations. When needed, the Line Cook will also assist in some management duties such as food ordering and training. This person will report to and work closely with the Sous-Chef in their department.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years food preparation experience is required

| Culinary Apprentices |
Apprentices will be offered training and instruction, as well as work experience while working as cooks in the kitchens at Rexall place. The apprentices level will be determined by previous work and school experience. Vocational and job related experience are an asset in this position.

| Pizza Kitchen Worker |
The Pizza Kitchen Worker is responsible for the preparation of all pizzas served by the in stadium Boston Pizza Location and the Luxury Suites. Speed and accuracy are essential in this position, as upwards of 300 pizzas may be required per shift. The position will also be responsible for the proper preparation and separation of pizza dough.
Qualifications
• Extensive food safe knowledge
• One years experience in a related position
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Must be 18yrs or older
• Must be available evenings after five and weekends |

Fine Dining Department: |
| Co-Fine Dining Manager |
The Co-Fine Dining Manager is responsible for managing and supervision of the 68 Luxury Suites at Rexall Place, as well as various tasks at all catering functions, both at Rexall Place and offsite locations. The ideal candidate will show extensive organizational and managerial experience.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing various operational reports; keep records pertaining to suites and dining room purchases, sales, and requisitions.
• Maintaining positive customer relations by providing efficient, quality services and products.
• Developing standards for customer service and ensure that standards are maintained.
• Directing activities of all Suites and Dining Room personnel; evaluate performance, coordinate scheduling; instruct employees on policies, procedures, duties and activities; handle disciplinary matters.
• Assisting in menu preparation for Dining Room and Luxury Suites area.
• Monitoring equipment maintenance; ensure equipment functions properly and report need for repair.
• Assisting in efficient accounting procedures and policies as per company regulations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years experience in catering managment. Particularly in high stress, fine dining settings.
• Must be avaliable nights and weekends
• Proven ability to handle disputes in a professional manner

| Fine Dining Attendant |
The Fine Dining Attendant is responsible for ensuring customer service for Luxury Suites clients at Rexall Place. They interact directly with clients within the suites, and must display exceptional customer service. Duties include ensuring proper ticketing, ensuring customer service, and opening / closing of the luxury suite. The Fine dining attendant will work closely with the Suites Captain to ensure optimal customer service.
Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years customer service experience
● Previous Food Runner experience is an asset
● Minimum 2 years of serving experiance in a fine dining establishment
● Pro Serve Qualification
● Over the age of 18 |
| Luxury Suites Captain |
The Luxury Suites Captain is responsible for the supervision and management of one section of the Luxury Suites at Rexall Place. Duties involve maintaining client relations, ensuring service standards, ensuring accuracy in billing information and assisting in food and beverage service as required.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience within food service industry (in a fine dining setting)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable of handling cash and inventory efficiently
• Knowledge of alcohol service regulations a must (Proserve certification a requirement)
• Familiar with standard food and beverage equipment
• Vast food safe handling experience |
| Suites Runner |
The Suites Runner is responsible for ensuring proper food or beverage stocks within the suites at Rexall Place. They will work closely with the Fine Dining attendants to ensure suites service is conducted in an efficient and timely manner. Duties include delivering items to suites, ensuring proper food safe and sanitation is being followed, monitoring food prep equipment and providing customer service.
Qualifications
● Must have 2 yrs customer service experience
● Valid Pro Serve Qualification (Can be obtained on short notice)
● Able to lift 50lbs
● Must be 18yrs or older
● Must be available evenings after 4:00 pm, earlier on weekends |

Warehouse Department: |
| Maintenance Utility Worker |
The maintenance Utility Worker is responsible for the upkeep, routine cleaning and maintenance of various operations equipment in the warehouse at Rexall Place and Telus Field. The position is also responsible for driving and loading/unloading various vehicles, and transporting equipment and goods between each site.
Qualifications
● Valid Class 5 Drivers License
● Over the age of 25 (due to insurance purposes)
● Able to obtain a satisfactory drivers abstract (at your cost)
● Organized and able to work under little/no supervision
● Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience on small equipment

| Warehouse Porter |
The Warehouse Porter is responsible for general maintenance functions inside the warehouse, as well as delivery of materials to various locations around the facility. This can include processing deliveries, processing transfer sheets and ensuring proper storage of goods.
Qualifications
• Able to lift 80 lbs
• Able to work on your feet for 8 hours
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

| Warehouse Storeperson |
The Warehouse Storeperson is responsible for the maintenance and organization of the warehouse at Rexall Place. Duties include rotation of stock, spot audits, delivery, transfers, inventory control and product organization.
Qualifications
● Organized and able to work under little/no supervision
● Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience (warehouse must contain food products)
● Able to lift 100lbs
● Proven multi-tasking skills
● Minimum 2 years customer service experience
● Minimum 1 year supervisory experience |
